::Well, today can be considered the "last day" of school... no offically anyway, tomorrow still need t come back for the parents' meeting thing.. well, started off like just any other school day.. gather outside the classroom, wait for Dalton to open the classroom doors.. go in, continue talking.. national anthem, pledge, prayer.. well, first period suppose to be free.. anyway, the band people was called to assemble outside the band room to collect the forms.. finished up the notice board, me and marcus started yesterday.. orange and black, reminds me of halloween, the colours.. put up the policies I reprinted, the concert posters and a nice header. printed it out myself, a A4 sized pic of the band during SYF marching assessment... kinda nice, with the words Montfort Military Band on it.. Don't think I want to post it online, copyrighted haha... after that was talent time already.. David, Zhi Hong and Jun Feng entered, formed a 3 piece band called "something"... David doing the vocals, Zhi Hong on the piano (naturally, he isn't a grade 8 pianist for nothing) and Jun Feng on the drum set.. the rest of talent time was mostly some vocal solos by the rest of the school.. not that bad, but there's one part where the MP3 no batt, so he had to sing unaccompanied.. Some technical problems here and there.. Actually wanted to join talent time, with me clarinet.. but the only thing that's holding me back is the school.. know all too well how unappreciative the school can be.. and for instrumental music, no way.. better them listening to some rock or something... well "something" actually won something.. 1st to be exact.. they performed "this love" or something, don't really know the name of the song.. but heard it quite often.. Zhi Hong was good, he can practically do anything on the piano.. I think they really deserve that 1st... then was recess, the last one of the year... after that had to clean up the classroom.. wipe the desk, sweep the floor, take down the posters etc... everybody doing their part, it was done in no time... then called for a class pic.. managed to squeeze out 3 shots before the camera goes dead.. brought it to school for 3 consectutive days, without charging it.. became dead before we could get a shot with Mr Low... well the classroom was ready for the next days's parent-teacher-meeting.. then the band people had to go again.. was suppose to rehearse at St. Gabriels for the St. Gabriels' Foundation Dinner... packed the instruments into the van( if you can call it a van) the members in the buses.. waited at St Gabriels till 5 then Mr Ng tells us to keep instruments.. went there for nothing.. well at least we don't need to bring the instruments there on Sat.. then the excos needed to plan out the logistics part for that day.. suppose to be my department.. gotta inform the logistic members.. so went for dinner-cum-meeting at Hougang Mall.. had Ban Mian.. then we dicussed for some time, till 7.30pm I think... need to "visualize"the movements at St Gabs... Suppose I can do it...
