::Hey, guess what... Today I actually WALKED to Plaza Singapura today... For the pics, go to my pic blog http://www.jchan-pics.blogspot.com ... Took me about 3 hours to get there... Lets see, I started off at about 9am, reached PS at about noon.. Just in time for Lunch.. Had Fish McDippers!.. Ok, lets do some recap on my "journey"
9am- Walking out of Hougang, passed by Bowen Sec, then crossed the long over-head bridge... Following closely to the 147 bus route...
9.30- Passed by Serangoon Stadium, went to buy a milo-bar and drink at the seven-11 at Serangoon central... walked through Serangoon MRT to get to the other side... Then followed the fly-over...
10am- Still walking, quite a number of old shop-houses along the fly-over... Passed by Woodleigh MRT at about 10.06am... Closed as usual.. Eaten finished the milo-bar by then.. Also drunk finished my first bottle of water... (brought 2 600ml water bottles, and my 400ml one that I always bring to school...) Didn't really perspire alot, not like a 2.4km run or anything... Losing water constantly through the sweat, does evaporate fast though... Not that hot, a typical nice clear day in Singapore...
10.30- Passed by Potong Pasir MRT, took a short break there... Went to the gents... Continued walking... Was gonna pass under the PIE now, wasn't that sure... Quite spacious under-neath the PIE, if you don't mind the over-whelming smell of exhuast...
11am- just kept walking straight... Passed by Boon Keng MRT at about 10.53am.. Stopped by Happy Aquarium... Passed by this shop quite a number of time in me father's car... They have this huge tank very nicely set up... Plants and rocks, also, a giant school of Cardinal Tetras... Maybe a hundred over inside.. very nice..
11.15- before long, I was at Little India... Saw quite a number of tourist there... Really want a foreign friend... Then can show him/her around Singapore... Always wanted to know how's life in other countries... When I Walk Alone... I have tremendous amounts of time to think... Think about life, think about school, basically just think... Maybe thats the reason, I need not study? Spend so much time with myself, just thinking... I'm my own best friend..
11.30am- passed by Parklane Mall.. Getting close to PS now... Also thinking of Cherie ever since I started on this "journey"... Been a year since I last met her... Dunno how she's been.. Now, LJ and Wei Nan are on better term with her than me.. I know how a long break in contact can literally break a friendship... Still miss me pri school-mates... LJ meeting her, talking horny stuff... To tell you the truth, never met any gal for whole year... Not Cherie, not Jill... Maybe made new friends through the NTU attachment... thats all.. pathetic eh??
12noon- well finally PS is in sight... was about to cross the road when this old-woman came up to me... Asked me whether if I got SGD$2, said she was from malaysia... So gave her me $2 for her MRT trip... told me that she asked another person, not that they don't have the money, they don't wanna help her... Singaporeans are really heart-less sometimes... her hair tied up in a bandanna.. In her sixties, seventies?? Anyway saw her go down into the station.. Keep on saying thanks to me... :)
Well, already reached Plaza Singapura... Ate lunch there... Then walked around the mall for awhile.. Saw quite a number of students there, in there own groups.. Nobody wants to go out with me, so I go alone... Never been loved, never been kissed, never been asked out, never been told I was missed....
Already 12.45... Now I thought to myself, Where would I go now?? Most schools still have lessons today right? So went to Cresent's... At Redhill MRT, looked at the map, saw the school.. headed out... Passed by Tanglin View, nice condominium... School's not that bad.. The field's actually got grass.. ha.. our school field has lotsa weeds, even though they had replanted the whole field... Guess boy's school and girl's school lotsa difference eh? Well, walked to the front of the school, walked along side the canal... Reached the front, well... I think she has mentioned something about the slope going up to the gate, so I knew that was it... Quite a number of cars driving in and out.. Guess it's all the rich gal's fathers picking up their daughters... Thought I would wait for her, but changed my mind... Probably won't come, even if she did, would be too engrossed with her friends to care a shit about me... Didn 't know 132 came to her school.. Direct bus back to Hougang... Well, waited at the bus stop opposite... Saw a number of students coming out of the school... can't be her... took the bus back... thinking...
