::Finally fixed the HTML codings, now back to normal... Pesky little creatures, one small dot also cannot... haiz... well had a band exchange with St. Margaret's today.. paid thomas a little visit... noon like that, every concieveable method to persuade him to come failed.. wouldn't budge from his chair, playing Diablo 2... Told him that this time would be different, he wouldn't listen.. pity him... missed out all the fun... this exchange definately better than the one we had 2 years with Mayflower and Whitley... At least this one we talked... Arrived at SMSS at 2, somesort of exam going on, so had to keep the band's noise level down... their band room at the 4th floor, must be hard on the logistics... have to move the percussion instruments 4 stories down if they have any performance... well, took turns to warm up.. yea, their way of warming up is way different from ours.. Don't think our band is at its peak... syf coming next year, need to push them harder... then played piece for each other.. they played merry widow.. their syf choice piece.. we haven't even decided on our choice piece... !!! after all that, had a break, combined the 2 bands together... played Singapore Rapsody, the syf set piece.. then both conductors took turns directing the band.. took a section pic with the St Margaret clarinet section... then the combine band pic... learnt that it is not easy to squeeze 100 people into a photo, especially if their from two different schools.. a guy and a gal's school...
