gave out the M8 t-shirts today.. kinda nice, orange one of my fav colours? use to be the colour of this blog.. had a run-through of the concert today.. time what time the intermission would start, what time the concert would end.. the "stomp" now quite good.. haven't seen them in their attire yet though.. ragged clothes, torn pants etc.. cool..
also just found out that Princess Mononoke had a Eb clarinet part.. Jason said there was no score... took the conductors score home and extracted out the part.. also got the oboe solo written for it.. finally the Eb clarinet got a solo? basically the same, but Mr Leng wants the "I" part louder.. the harmonic balance, cause the Eb is playing a D flat tonal centre part (whatever that means..) and the flutes not loud enough?::
